Important Things to Remember!

• Make sure to arrive at Jadwin practices, meets, and before bus departures at least fifteen minutes early
• If the weather is below 50 degrees, all athletes are required to wear full length pants, along with a coat, hat, and gloves
  • If you are not wearing appropriate attire, you will not be allowed to participate in practice
• Make sure to bring your running shoes, spikes, and water to every practice
